Width 30 cm, length 365 to 425 cm, height of the midline from the ground is equal to one sixth of the length swings. Contact zone is the same size as well as marked on the beam. Swing must be stable and non-slip, but there should not be any auxiliary rails. It must be balanced so, that after swing the entrance of the board (ramps)could come self back. Swing must touch the ground at intervals of 2 to 3 seconds after load of one kilogram in the mid-length between the middle and the end of the swing.
